MAY 2008

Christi at the Cliffs of Moher (you might know them as the "Cliffs of Insanity!")

May 2008 brings to this update plenty to talk about... I'll try to keep it succinct but if you would like more information (make sure you read that in your best radio voice) you can get in touch with me (jeremyfoster@calvarychapel.com) or Christi (christiannfoster@gmail.com) and ask all the questions you'd like.

Where do I start? I'll start with Ian. Please pray for him. He has some sort of a mystery virus that has kept him (more or less) out of school for the past few weeks. The doctors aren't sure what the problem is other than that there seems to be some kind of virus. Please just pray that that Lord would bring healing to our little man.

Speaking of our little man... please pray for us and Jurica this month as we will probably head over to Rijeka, Croatia in the next few weeks to find out where we are at with the adoption process of this little man. We are simply trusting that the Lord will make things clear to us.

Summer time is basically upon us and our biggest conference of the year is just around the corner: Foundations Conference. We will have approximately 400 people on the ground from June 16th (my birthday) until the 21st. It should be a wonderful conference as we will have some great speakers coming out this year.

Golfing in Ireland (keep it on the fairway!)

With our conference season also starts out summertime discipleship school: A Vision for Life. We will have about 20 students coming out this year for six weeks of Bible study, outreach, fun, and a time to just plain get away from the busyness of life to seek the Lord Jesus.

Ireland: Christi and I had a great time in Ireland in May. Many thanks to all of you that helped to make it happen, for praying for us, and for taking such great care of us while we were there. The better part of our trip was spent in the town of Lahinch where we were able to spend some time with some new friends and to see first-hand the great work that God is doing in that town and the surrounding communities. There is much to say about what we saw and did there, so if you would like to know more, please do get in touch with us and we'll fill you in on whatever you'd like to know! KEEP PRAYING for the fellowship of believers in Lahinch!

I (Jeremy) will be in New Jersey for a few days in June for my graduation, so I'll look forward to seeing many of you there!

Thanks again for your prayers, love, and support!

Lots of love,

Jeremy, Christi, and the kids.
